Realme Buds Q is an in-ear truly wireless earphone designed by french design master Jose Levy. Realme Buds Q true wireless earbuds have launched in India alongside the Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom phones.
Realme has so far launched the Realme Buds Air and Realme Buds Air Neo in India. Both the products come with an Apple AirPods-like design. However, the new Realme Buds Q come in an even more compact form, It comes almost to the shape of Galaxy Buds a little.
The Realme Buds Q are priced at Rs. 1,999 in India. The earbuds will go on sale in three colour options – Quite Black, Quite Yellow, and Quite White.
The Buds Q have been designed by Jose Levy, a popular French artist. The buds are really very light weight, The Buds Q are offered in black, yellow and white colour options, although only the black variant is currently available for purchase.
The case, which is said to be inspired by cobbles and pebbles, comes with a nice soft matte plastic finish. The round shape of the cobble is a perfect fit for your ears. You will be addicted to its frosted texture, which feels like a cobble flowing in your hands. This one too is lightweight and can easily slide into your pocket or anywhere in your backpack or handbag.
The case features the Realme logo on top, a micro-USB port (which is questionable) at the back and an LED indicator on the front. The LED blinks red when you plug the charger and once it is fully charged, it turns green. Realme also claims that the Buds Q feature IPX4 certification, which means you don’t have to worry about damage from sweat or light water splashes and these can be used while working out. Each bud also comes with contact pins for charging.
realme Buds Q features a 10mm large Dynamic bass boost driver with premium special polymer composite diaphragm. As a result, you get clear vocals in mid & high range frequencies as well as powerful bass for an incredible sound experience. It also uses Realme’s Dynamic Bass Boost (DBB) solution for further dynamism in bass levels.
The R1Q chip supports dual-channel real-time transmission technology, and the two buds can stay connected to the phone independently. Moreover, the Gaming Mode drastically reduces the latency to 119ms. The result is perfect sync between audio and visuals while watching movies or playing games.
The true wireless earbuds come with a 40mAh battery, and 400mAh battery in charging case. The company claims that the earbuds offer 4.5 hour of playback on a single charge, and a total of 20 hours of playback with charging case, the Realme Buds Q only needs to be charged once a week, the company claims. The battery life is pretty good, especially considering the lightweight design of both the buds and the charging case.
The realme Buds Q comes with a powerful R1Q chip that supports Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Therefore, you can connect Buds Q with your phone in the time you open the case and take them out.
The realme Buds Q also features IPX4 water resistance to prevent sweat and rain from damaging the device, giving you full sense of reliability.
The buds have premium features also like double tap to play/pause music & to answer the call, Triple tap to go to the next song, Press & hold the one side to end the call, Press & hold the both sides to enter/exit the gaming mode.
